Ice skating in Engelbert, Groningen, the Netherlands

Ice skating in Engelbert, Groningen, the Netherlands
Freezing cold KAP session over Engelbert ice skating rink, with almost zero ground wind. It surprised me how few people were skating today. It’s still Christmas holiday, the ice hasn’t been this perfect for years. Some ice rinks were even closed!

Pictures taken with a camera suspended from a kite – more in my photostream.

So fast!!

Trying to snap some good ol’ skating photos with ISO 125 film and… failing. But I like how there is a sense of both movement and stillness captured on film. =)
